You propose the rent, we verify feasibility and, if we reach an agreement, we sign a contract. From that moment onwards, the rent is fixed, paid by bank transfer on the 1st of every month, and all management is entirely ours. The lease duration depends on your property and how much investment we take on.

If your property needs work, redecoration or brand new furnishings, we invest our own capital to modernise it completely. Throughout the duration of the contract, you have no costs to cover.

Our cleaning team, fully qualified and employed directly by our company, inspects and sanitises the property at every guest turnover. Not once every 4 years: every 4 days.
Repairs and maintenance: we take care of it
Issues that would normally fall on you are handled by us, at our expense. Minor repairs are always covered; with the 4+4 contract, boilers, air conditioning units, and water heaters are covered too. No more midnight calls.
Dedicated civil liability policy
For every property, we take out a dedicated insurance policy as agreed in the contract. Any damage is covered, and we provide you with a copy.
Smart home automation and security
Every apartment we take into management is fitted with fire extinguishers, gas alarms, and carbon monoxide detectors. We also install smart home systems to monitor the property: biometric access controls and noise level monitors, safeguarding guests and property while preserving neighbourhood peace.
