Through the website forms, we collect the data you provide voluntarily:

• first name and surname;
• telephone or WhatsApp number;
• email address;
• property information (area, condition, floor area, features and type of contract you are interested in);
• any free-text message.

If you book a stay, your booking details (name, contact details, dates, number of guests and payment details) are collected through the Smoobu management platform, which acts as a data processor and sends us the information needed to manage your stay.

The website also collects technical browsing data in anonymous and aggregated form, as necessary for the operation and security of the service.

Your data is processed to:

• respond to your request for contact, a valuation or a property inspection and send you the requested guide (steps prior to entering into a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
• contact you again regarding your enquiry, on the basis of the consent given through the checkbox in each form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR);
• send you updates and offers, only if you tick the optional marketing box (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR);
• manage your booking and stay, including communications before, during and after your stay (performance of a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
• comply with legal obligations relating to accounting, taxation and public security (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Data is processed using IT tools, with appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorised access. It is retained for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and, where a contractual relationship exists, for the periods required by law. Data collected on the basis of consent is retained until that consent is withdrawn.

Your data is neither sold nor made publicly available. It may be processed by suppliers who support us in providing the service and are appointed as data processors pursuant to Article 28 GDPR:

• the website hosting and management platform;
• email delivery services;
• Smoobu, the management platform for accommodation bookings;
• Calendly, for scheduling calls;
• booking platforms (such as Airbnb and Booking.com), if you book through them.

To comply with legal obligations, guest data may be disclosed to public security authorities and the tax authorities.

You may exercise the rights provided for in Articles 15 to 22 GDPR at any time:

• access your data and obtain a copy;
• request its rectification or erasure;
• restrict or object to processing;
• withdraw your consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal;
• lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
